I don't think you need to move the hair back like it was. By you bringing it in like you did..brought more emphasis on her and not her hair. Keep up the good work!

Solid retouch. Personally I like the flyaways and the armpit wrinkle. Lets you know she is in fact a real person. I think she could use a little more dimension though.

I like your tones, also try a darker shade for the lips: It should look better.

1. The hair lost its original shape, move it in, but bring the shape back.
2. You need to fix the flyaways.
3. You changed her bone structure.
4. You need to remove the bra strap.
5. The eyes are flat. With such a strong lighting, they won't be.
6. The ear looks crooked now, and you didn't remove the hole.
7. The armpit wrinkle- fix it.

is 2, 4, 6 and 7 really a problem? it depends on which outcome you want to have.
i'd rather say that the shape of her forehead and the hair above it shouldn't be changed, because they have a nice shape naturally. it is done too harshly here. anyway i don't understand why the shape of her head has been changed, it just looks too flat afterwards.
but the nose is retouched nicely and i like the smooth skin..

Ok, but this frame has the bra strap, so get rid of it.
Also, she has perfect skin, so you need to knock out every imperfection.
