When naming this icon com I had to add a divider before the name since there's 2 'Jay animated icon commission's existing! XD

I was looking at really smooth flipnotes frame-by-frame and saw a certain common method used, so I tried out the trick where a part of the body is moving after the main parts have stopped (such as the ears), and it creates this swishy type effect!
