This is pretty good. I kinda like the background.
But she seems to be missing a chin. Or rather her first chin, because at that weight she should have at least two.
Her body also doesn't seem to have much symmetry to it, particularly at the hips and lower belly. They don't line up very well.
Sorry if I'm coming off as nitpicking. This really is pretty good.
