As I was making my Christmas card for 2013 , it occurred to me that, strangely enough, I had used my ruined building models only for Christmas cards; in 2013 and for 2012 .After the holidays, I set out to correct that...'mistake'
And here's the result
As per usual, I try to tell a little story with my scene. I mostly aimed for a certain mood, a certain 'zeit geist', than anything really fleshed out and I quite like the result. I hope you all enjoy it as well!

If you look carefully, there's a book next to him. It's a nod, of sorts, to my favorite genre; Fantasy. In my mind, this is more of a Shadowrun piece, that is to say, there's magic in this world. This guy tried to use a spell or whatever to avoid the apocalypse or during the apocalypse. Whatever it was, it went wrong
