Nice job with the dolly look! The use in this series of poses, makeup, and props like this huge spoon or the big phone handset in another pic help with the doll effect. This shot from above also really helps with the illusion of a tiny size!

If it's a doll: You did an excellent job. I like the little necklace and all the freckles. Great details.
If it's a person: Holy crap. You really made them look like a tiny 8-inch doll. I love the giant spoon, and how the hand and face are positions just right to give it more of a Barbie feel.
Also, I didn't understand how the last part of the artist's comments related to this... Though I sorta do....
