i'm not expert in portraits (not yet, at least, eheheh) but i see nothing wrong with this one. i like the strong light on the face and the way the shadows seems to frame it, i think you also use perfectly the all the space, and furthermore, the model has an interrogative espression that's very interesting. well done!
