Description
While working it occurred to me that I should make a Mandrake enemy but turn it on its head. Originally, I planned to have the mandrake be a full human body glaring at the viewer, but it didn't come out as I hoped. So instead, my secondary approach was just a realistic screaming head as the entire root instead of a root that looks human-like. I didn't like how the flower turned out in the sketch, so I figured I should remove it as if the head detached from the plant to attack those that pulled the plant from the ground similar to the legend of a Mandrakes scream.
