this is really good. she makes me think of a vampire for some reason, maybe because she is so pale

The added jewelry doesn't seem to fit in with the character ... like it's cropped from the rest of the composition. As an advice, try adding a bit of shadows on and under the jewelry and a bit of color balance so it can fit in with the character, in this case the female elf.
