Description
In the midst of LA’s nefarious gang wars of the early 1990s, Phoebe and Tasha have unwillingly begun “cooling their heels” in some freshly mixed cement, courtesy of a rival faction aiming to make an example out of these two unfortunate ladies. Having been stripped of their sneakers and socks for reasons that neither can comprehend at the moment, the sludgy cement oozes between all twenty of their restless toes as they wriggle within its mucky embrace…for now. Thankfully for these two ladies, their captors have absolutely no idea that the Los Angeles River isn’t even remotely as deep as they’re hoping for.
