Hello everyone ! Happy New Year ! Sorry for the lack of updates since I was surprisingly busy during the holidays. I spent my time with my family, and even toured with my best friend around Hong Kong since the New Years (my feet are still really sore since we got lost in a mountain www). I just got back from a flight a few days ago. I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays as well.

Anyway here's my first art for 2018. Wanted to do something personal as my first before I dive back into my owed commissions/trades. A little reflection from 2017...and to be honest it was a very challenging year filled with a lot of pain and disappointments. For starters I looked forward to 2017 for the sole reason it was my zodiac and I thought it would finally bring me good luck after a streak of back luck since 2014, but then my fortune told me otherwise as I instead got a lot of hardships and misfortune happening to me and all my loved ones (even losing some along the way). I shed a lot of tears that year to a point that I felt so apologetic that so many people agree that 2017 really sucks (since it was my zodiac after all). While I was disappointed with most of what 2017 had to offer, I was most disappointed in myself especially half the year I just disappeared from the face of the earth and stopped drawing. I gave in to my personal anxieties even after my hand healed from an injury. So now here I am, glad that I could say good bye to 2017 and pretty hyped to start new again, also hoping and fervently praying 2018 will be much kinder to all of us.

My general New Years Resolution would be to grow not only as an artist, but also as a person. And my current goal is to finally finish all my owed art so I can focus on practicing >-|o

Anywhooo thanks for viewing and/or bothering to read my ramblings !

Even though I intended to draw these girls solely for this artwork, I'm heavily considering making them OC's because I like their designs so much//hit cuz I have too much kids
