Looks good, thats a great background and foreground shot. Try adjusting the coloring on the girl so it matches a bit with the lighting of the background (the background has green lighting so give a slight tint of green to the brightest parts of the girl. Easiest way to match the tint of the background is by using the eyedropper on a lighted portion to get it right), and doing a slight blur and darkening on the edges of the foreground picture will get rid of the cut-out effect. Over all good composition
