Haven't drawn anything but portraits in a long time, so I'm a bit rusty, but oh wellI've wanted to draw Sara, Saul and Hanna interacting together for awhile, since I feel like I neglect to portray the sibling-like bond between the two families. He's a bit rough, but Saul's a wonderful big brother (at least to his sisters lol).
(P.S.: yes, Sara is actually that short: I just often forget to draw her that way, since her shortness can make drawing interactions more difficult. Saul is 5'9" here, and she's 5'2")

That's intentional, hon: I don't want her to be pretty or soft. I want her to be androgynous, rough, sharp, harsh, maybe even ugly, sometimes--I want her to look like a real person.Β

For someone who is rusty, this is astounding! I love the color palette-it gives the piece a very warm tone. I love the use of expression and movement here, too. It's lovely! Great background, as well.
