Ok, I admit it, this is not a new shot - I uploaded it originally 6 months ago when I took it in Scotland.At the time I quickly processed it on my laptop and basically hoped it looked ok... now that I've finally got a new, colour calibrated monitor I thought it time to have another look at it.
Over all I think the original version wasn't too bad, a bit murky with less warmth to it than I remember the light being, but not too bad for a guess!
At the time I thought this the best shot I'd got of Skye, but now I'm not so sure. That blurred seaweed in the shot does annoy me!

No, I think the fact that the seaweed is blurred adds a sort of mystery. I'm no photographer, but I think that what you can't see in a photo is as important as what you can - like in music, the silences are just as important as the notes.
