Description
Started with a level 5 blue.
We preformed a bleach watch with white, satin bleach, mixed with 30 volume developer.
Left untill lifted to a level 1 blonde.
Washed, blow dried.
Parted hair in a halo formation, applied the Purple Punky color to the top of the halo.
then applied the lagoon blue Punky color to the under halo, left for 2 hours. (I actually forgot it was in my hair LOL i played games while waiting xD )
washed, then result. <3
