Description From the Yalizza journals:

Little did we know that day that what Pilar found in the dig was some kind of memory disk. That it would be readable, understandable. And that it would prove the very key to the understanding of the lost Alvadoranan race. That we with this one would be able to understand some of their civilization. And perhaps even what had happened to them. Why they had got lost.

This day would be memorable; it would be the breakthrough that we had longed for so long. But this very moment when Pilar picked up that odd, plastic-like artifact I was more looking at her eager and detail-attentive work. I sure admired her as a partner and a mentor. It was different with her twin. Vidar, the body guard. The wet worker. She was not the slightest interested in archeology. She was only in it for the bucks. And now she stood there as always. As stiff and silent as those ruined statues, smoking that weird stuff she got from those creepy Velkian merchants and which smelled like shit in my not so humble opinion.

And then Dimitri, sitting there with his mysterious smile. Never really doing anything else than that. Certainly, he was the man with the wallet. The financer. And his money came well to use in a venture like this. I only had a bit of a problem deciding if it was creepy or sexy with a man who was more than a thousand years old.

Thanks a lot :ehart: well that's the very idea of archeology, new discovers old. And discovering a lost civilisation out there in space must be a breathtaking experience.
