From SizeMaster 's A Tourist's Guide to Lilliputia .Helstan's mineral wealth is emphasised in the three colours depicting both direct mineral wealth (yellow), indirect mineral wealth (red) and trade (blue). The central emblem was recently adapted to denote the desire to improve agriculture (sheaths of wheat), the shared history with Lilliput (the penants) and a return to traditional principles of rewarding justice (scales and purse).
