well I must admit I couldn't think of a more original name, although I like the couple I don't think I share the story behind it.

Well, I think it's very based on the sonic underground series where in the adventure by hedgehogs to find their mom and overthrow eggman, he meets knuckles who helped them in the adventure.Once the goal was reached, there was more time to get to know each other better but since the red equidna has to take care of the master emerald it is very common for the pink hedgeiza to be the one to make the visits.
