I really like the idea behind these two pieces. Wonderful creative concept. And even though I can't give you any advanced critic here I love both and would hang them on my wall.

sand and liquor... Interesting! So that's how you got the texture (upper part of painting). Amazing stuff, man

upper part is basically sand and oils.. and wood tints and stuff i think
