The surname Miller should not be applied to the reboot of this character, since Ms.Miller, her adoptive mother, does not exist in the reboot reality.
(Did her voice actress passing away, be a factor in that?)

The name "Miller" should only be used for the 80's version of the Chipettes -the nearly human ones. Where it's the retconned or rebooted 21st century version as far less anthro characters, in a revision that erases all the stories done of the 80's version, incl. Ms. Miller herself - leave off the surname "Miller" .
