I'm sure someone has already figured this out by now, since this was uploaded over a year ago, but Stan's cutie mark is the clitoris from the South Park movie: "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut."

Cartman and Kyle's cutie marks are perfect but Kenny's and Stan's are kinda difficult. I might've gone with a reaper's scythe for Kenny and an American flag for Stan, cause the clit is kinda only a reference to the movie and not the series at large. According to Matt and Trey, Stan's kind of the American every-man prototype, so yea.
That, and how come Cartman has the younger foal eyes (baby cake style) while the other guys have the regular pony eyes? I'm pretty sure they're all the same age. His face looks a little different, too. I'd have modeled him after Snips--the little fat foal in the same class as the CMCs.
But otherwise, I freakin' love this! (Coming from a fanboi that's seen every episode of both series multiple times <3)

About Stan's CM: the fact is, i didn't see all episodes of South Park, and he's the most "normal" guy between the four boys. Furthermore, the movie was actually pretty epic
About Cartman, that's because he's modeled after the fat little colt in Applebloom's class, the one with fork&knife as a CM, who has eyes like that. The baby cakes have fully colored, round eyes, while Cartman has the white part of the eye.
