Hel can cast massive infernos even under water (phosphoric?) and is able to raise his body temperature to that of the sun without taking any damage from it. He is overall completely immune to any kind of fire, no matter how hot it may be.
As he has wings on his back, he can fly! O: xD
His stings are venomous and magically hardened and nearly indestructable.

There isn't much to say about his personality, as he does not really have any...
He is protective about Ios, destroys lives whenever he has the chance to and is fearless, as there is nothing that could ever be dangerous to him or his brother...
