Additionally, he forbid to speak the kingdom's former name. This resulted in many citizens making up names like "Sanctuary" and "Goldhaven" when speaking about their former rule and how much better it has been back then.
Ravagn, through his 3 lackeys is draining his kingdom of everything it has, leaving his people with just enough so they don't starve to death or that their yield is becoming too small to keep it all going for the next year.

He is sadistic and megalomaniac in nature.
His golden armor is heavily enchanted to protect him from many types of magic.
Billrokk has cast a spell on his blade to make its flames only burn its targets.
