My version of miss Tiny is her being a orphan savior of Dillydale (next to Miss Kid of course), she arrived in Dillydale via packaging and found her home living in a mouse hole in Mr. Tall's warehouse like house, she was eventually discovered by Miss Kid and she and Mr. Tall eventually took her in...complete with adopting her. Kid needs a sibling you know.
