Little preview of an oil painting I'm working on for my final degree show "PrettyUgly"…which is supposed to be textiles but y'know
There are a few more full body WIP pics on my tumblr…I love the painting progress and how things transform over time…can't wait to see how she finishes up!

This is absolutely remarkable. I absolutely adore the color tones by which you have chosen for this, for in a flower, it may be that of a healthy hue, yet in a person, it seems as though it may be an unhealthy complexion. (The very pale rosey-whites and deep scars of red. This is very remarkable, sincere, poetic, dramatic, and deadly-seeming.
