This is a view of a snowy suburban street in late 2014. I rather like the way that trees come out looking when this process is used. I'm not so sure, though, that the wintriness is conveyed in this image, but perhaps since the trees are bare, it does come through. The snow, which is everywhere (in case that's not obvious), is of course any colour but white.
