Description
A big old male lion at JCW who happens to tbe the son of the lion that started the zoo (also named Pasha)He has a knack for sneaking up behind his lioness and giving her the ol' "how do you do" when she is not expecting it. I think they call it "surprise sex". She tends not to be too pleased by it, but if this photo is any indication, this lion is most proud of himself.

That Sony has some great sharp optics. Great capture.
In this shot the sunlight works really well for you, it really helps to define the lion's head with shadows.

I've been unlucky enough to see our zoo lions do that a few times xD Once I captured the deed on film and blackmailed them with the photos haha.

Wow, look at that mane, he sure is a handsome lion. I think it's so funny how leopards mate, as soon as he's done, male has to jump away or else he'll get shredded by the female. That's a great picture though Kuba.

Pasha has to do it too, but he is too laxy and just sort of gets up. I have seen her stick him with her claws a few times, but he seems used to it. What a dope.
