How funny that I just watched Sausage Party a few nights ago, then I see this XDDD.
While the Doctor isn't my favorite of your characters, I did always like the black and white color values, which have nice highlights and shadows here btw. Her expression is a fun little classic, with puffed up cheeks and food hanging out of her mouth, though in this case it's rather fun to imagine the other half of that massive hot dog crammed in there to make her feel sick 
All in all a nice little piece I'd say 
You must really love the concept of sentient food forcing themselves down someone's throat, considering you've done two variations on the scenario now XP
