Jonathan Ohnn, better known as the Spot, is the main antagonist of the Spider-Verse film series, being the overarching antagonist in the 2018 Sony Pictures Animation film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and the main antagonist of its 2023 sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. He will return in the upcoming 2024 film Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.

He is a scientist from Alchemax who accidentally brought a radioactive spider from Earth-42 into Earth-1610, causing it to bite Miles Morales and turn him into Spider-Man, which caused the events of the first film in the process. During the destruction of Kingpin's Super-Collider, Johnathan was accidentally mutated by a batch of dark matter, transforming him into a dimension-traveling supervillain that poses a threat to the entire multiverse.

He is voiced Jason Schwartzman, who also played Ethan Dulles in Slackers, Gag Halfrunt in the 2005 The Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy film adaptation, Gideon Gordon Graves in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and Josto Fadda in Fargo.
