I'm gonna answer this because I'm here for some reason
It's a movie made by the guy who made "Summer Wars" and "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time". It's about a woman who cares for her two werewolf children after the death of their werewolf father. Of course, the mother is a human, so the movie's largest conflict is of course trying to take care of children who can change into wolves at any given time.
It's an extremely good movie, not to mention heartbreaking. You can find it online or in stores subbed or dubbed.
