That's Shitharu's fight outfit,as she was trained by her Warrior master "Klougs" an old man,he was a warrior too,but now he is so old,that he only can trained other people.Normaly,the pupils must be trained,when they are 13 yeras old,but shita,must begin early after her conclusion of magic teachings.Here some information about her life section:

4 years old-Had to flee from her homeland,coz of the war;losts her familly

5 years old-Erred into a snowarea.

6 years old-Foud the magical "Smaragd Eye";Taken up from a wise old women "Mysteria" the master of physical power and magic

7 years old-Conclusion with the "General teachings"

8 years old-gets her first wings

9 years old-Conclusion with the "Magic teachings"

11 years old-Conclusion with the "Fight teachings"

She learns Kung Fu,control of new power and better to fight.
Klougs trained Shitharu early ,coz she's for her age realy wise and verry ripely for fights.But she must get her conclusion of magic teachings in former time,thus she can control her power in fight better.Her fight stick is called "Blugit Garaiter".She get it,as she completes her conclusion of fight successfully.It consists 100% of moon light and only warriors can use that.
