Oh, I thought Undine lived in the water. How come she has a foster family?

Well, actually her "undine" father sent her as a baby to the human world so she could try things she would never as a water elemental. My memory is very poor, I already forgot a lot of details, but I believe the reason was just about giving her new opportunities.
So the water elementals took away baby of a poor couple and gave them a new one. Their true baby was sent to a rich family, and the poor couple raised the little Undine as their own daughter. 
Why they choose that family in special, I have no idea.

NExt one will have just a quick sketch of her, but... I didn't really finish it. I did only 5 illustrations, the 4th isn't finished and the last one is Undine throwing herself into the sea. Sorry. =/

The funny part is all the things I erased because I didn't want to finish them. So you look now and it is... blank. But it fits well for a wallpaper. u.û

oh my,this reminds me of something i watched as a child ,i believe that was based on a german fairytale as well
