This beautiful horse actually loves her. You can see it by the way the neck bends and the expression. I grew up around horses. This one obviously wants to go home with her. Priceless...

Actually in the last 3 days my spine has felt better, much better. Never 100%. But instead of hurting 1000%, it's been between 20-30% of 100%, which is great! I don't quite know what I did, other than relaxing techniques (mentally and muscularly) and made some decisions and other techniques and prayers.
What is wrong with your back? Does it hinder your day to day activity? Sorry if so.

Oh I had sciatica (sp?) when I was pregnant. The whole last 3 months, constantly. It hit me from the middle of my ribs (in my back) all the way down to the top of my thigh. I think partly from the car crash years ago (broken hip), and the baby (my only son) was pressing down on a nerve and wouldn't move. Course I couldn't take any pain medication, not even aspirin while pregnant. Soon as he was born, that particular nerve pain vanished and have not had it since. So I can imagine your pain!
I believe one of the things I have in my back is now a slipped disc, in addition to vertebral damage of many years ago. Sadly the worst vertebra is the one just above the coccyx, which holds up the entire colume -- the worst one to go bad -- which is why I wind up falling over, into walls, tripping, my coordination in my posture or hands goes wonky, even my brain doesn't work as well (circulation). And then it just lets up for an hour or day or weeks or sometimes months, but always comes back.
No fun, huh.

It is a great photo but I can't figure out who is enjoying it more Kirsteen or the horse.
