That's FABULOUS! And ADORABLE! Sadly I look very little like my cuter little self. Life/traumas/illness has not been so kind. Wish it had been, as I'd love one of those for my ID.

Thanks Richard, but I have no idea about anything complicated like that, I'm afraid. I just know it doesn't work, and haven't got a clue how or if I can fix it.

It is fairly simple, really. The file must not exceed 15,000 bytes (15KB). That is why it does not work. You need to shrink the file size, perhaps by removing redundant frames... It must also have the .GIF extension in the file name...

If she has a proggie like Adobe Image Ready, she will have no trouble making it "net ready".
