I have been sitting here for the past 30 minutes trying to remember what this spring flower is called and I can't. When Mam was alive, we used to talk about flowers every day, I'm afraid now, I have forgotten so much. maybe one of you can remind me what it is, as I should know
I remembered this flower is called DICENRTA !!!

We call this flower "TrΓ€nendes Herz", translated "bleeding heart" (Latin: Dicentra spectabilis)...I have them in red color in my garden too.

Yes you're right my friend. This plant grows in Mam's garden. She had the pinky one as well at one point, not sure if it survived or not.

Oh, this plants survive bad situations very good, they need a place in shadow (no full sun) and little moist soil. You should take a look in your MamΒ΄s garden! This plant is pure love...

Yes they need shade. I will keep looking, I wish her garden was as lovely maintained as it was when she was alive, but it isn't

Scotland was a travel wish since my youngest years (unfortunately I lived behind the iron courtain til the fall of the wall)and now, after my daughter is old enough it would be a fine idea to think about a trip to the far North...and yes, it would be great to meet you!!!
