I don't know what's going on, or special contexts I should be mindful of, but I'm going to be blunt because I believe your fiery coyote soul should not be doused with mediocrity and coddling.
But the linked attempt to your previous works is superior in every way to this.
Now of course I can't draw consistently enough to know if this is facial distortion due to expression or what, but something is remiss. Daresay... less manly about this Steven.

Well, Little Steven is like... 17-19, depending. BUT it is totally possible that I have drawn him looking like some kind of pansy. Wouldn't be the first time!
I just drew it (so I'm still 'too close to it', if you know what I mean), but give it a week or two and I might go HOLY SHIT and have some kind of epiphany. Thanks for the heads-up!

If only I'd actually inked this. I used my 'scribble a lot and create line weights using the eraser and then filling in gaps' method. You know. That thing I usually do that looks okay, but is really inefficient and kind of fuzzy.
