For a while now I've been wanting to buy a shirt for my doll Andreas. I haven't found anything I liked in the past, and being broke, I have no money to buy one now even if I found one I liked.

She needed a good re-stringing last night, so as I was taking her apart, the thought that she had no shirt bothered me. I couldn't sleep all night b/c my head was full of ideas of shirts I'd like to make for her. So I came up with this design, and I worked on it this morning.

This is made from an old black polo shirt I had years ago that no longer fit me. I wanted no zippers/velcro, because I often find it makes the shirt look bad. I absolutely love off-the-shoulder shirt/sweater designs, and the thought occured to me. If I could make a sweater like that, there would be no need for zippers or velcro!

This shirt simply slips up the legs or over the head. The designs were custom painted with acrylic paints.
