ikuze all basically have the meaning of "let's go".
"ototo" (オトト, 弟) is Japanese for "younger brother"

So i looked into it, and it turns out that Animalese (some older games use beep speech though) in the game is a distorted form of the player's language plus an influence of beep-speech as it sounds different in Japanese and English.
It's is to keep with keeping in tune with the user's language to make them feel at home. so if anything Lily is probably singing this:
