Listen to the music I sent you, it calms you down I have a lot of motivating and inspirating music, not to mention cheering music You have to calm down, I know it's easier to say than to do, but if you are honest: You have no other choice, so it won't help if you get mad about it, you have to do something about stressing yourself And music is calming

Usually, my appearience itself is calming, but I am not with you So music is cool too
