Kousagi, ChibiChibi, and Chibiusa~Chibiusa's design was probably my favorite out of all the sailor scouts, even all these years later~
Kousagi is supposed to have a different color scheme, with pink hair like her older sister Chibiusa (Kousagi is from a parallel sailor moon) But I liked the thought of her with purple hair. With pink hair she just looks exactly like her older sister; since her dad is Tuxedo Mask I think her hair being a darker shade of pink makes more sense.
