And now, a Christmas present from DragonstormStudios for this year!

This lil guy is the Dragon Emperor or Rhun, the leader of the evil Easterling forces in service to the dark lord Sauron. Not sure he was ever in the movie, but I think you see a handful of his troops marching into Mordor when Frodo, Sam, and Gollum are climbing up the cliff outside the gates into Mordor. That armor is really spiky!

Overall, he and the rest of this set were a really fun and interesting challenge, especially with all that fabric. I really learned a lot and played with some new techniques. I think it turned out excellently!
