I like this close cropped composition with the figure framed in the car windows. The background gives the car a great context without distracting from the main subjects.
Your proportions look good, and you did a nice job on the foreshortening.
You did an excellent job of capturing the look and character of the subject. She has a great countenance to her face.
You have a beautiful range of values here with plenty of contrast.
And good technique on display here in the use of value changes and transitions.

Amazing! I like how the colours blend throughout the painting.... a very nice effect of the airbrush. You're very talented! And i would suggest you to keep using the glossy fixative.... you can still get nice photos if you put the pinting in a bright area and turn off the flash of your camera.
