ku ku ku ku ku ku ku ku. There are lots of African tribes in the congo who have mask/feather combos. It's not my fault everyone thinks of South America when they see the feathered headdress. XD

He is. Yeah, the feathery head-dress is very much like some they wear in the americas, but I had come up with it with the idea of mimicking the kind of frills the raptors might have.
