(( Full View Please XD You'll miss alot of Shiney Detail ))

Whoo hooo! I'm finally finished with this peice xDDD Its taken me 5 days to complete it X3 Most effort I've put into something too. X3 I started this in my Marketing class as practice for my teacher (( I dont have to work like the other kids xB I get to draw since I'm the only one who can draw in there xDDD And my teacher doesn't want me to sleep D: )) and decided to go all the way with it. This is also gonna be my new Neo background xB

The scales and fur on the dragon were hell to do xD Those alone took me 2 days to finish up. But I guess it was worth what I did X3 I learned several new techniques when I colored em. Hehe xB Mix Blueeeee and Purpleeeee make em shineyyyyy

XD The background took about 2 days aswell.. This is the first time I've ever tried to do anything cosmicy like this. I couldn't really make the big planet really shiney, so I went with the next best thing to me... and faded it out to make it look all cooool.
I dont really like all the shiney blue grass, I was gonna take it off, but my friends told me not to and so I kept it and went on. XD

And thats a Newspaper the dragon has X3 The heading is in binary code and he can read squiggles! I was originally going to make him sitting on a toilet.. but yeah.. that Idea kinda.. went xDDD
Mesta Dragon is also is wearing little glasses, thats whats on his nose/close to his eye. XB He cant read all too well with all that shiney grass blinding him every minute XDDDD

Total Layer Count: 403 (( XDD A new personal record! )) It nearly killed my computer when I tried to save xD It took atleast 10-15mins for it to do so.

And I noticed It looks like a Holographic Pokemon card XD
