WHEEE YOU REALLY COLORED IT
I like this a lot! The faded colors really give out a rainy atmosphere; I rarely see icy blue being a BG color in rainy drawings, but I like that effect. I can feel the coldness of the rain from here, heee~
I think the colors on the lines and the blurs could be neatened up a bit as well, but it's still nice to look at. Nice job, Tantan!^^
