i caught my first shiny pokemon ever a few days ago!!
i bought Sun and picked it up at midnight on the release day and I played constantly for like, two days! its such an amazing game and i just love every part of it, i can't wait to play it over again :>
I wanted to try to get my first shiny, and i thought cutiefly looked super cute, so I went for that. I got it like, 37 calls in, I was so surprised! Pikipek was a bit longer than that, but man I feel lucky heh
