Description I've finally completed the painting of the sketch I drew last time of Yondaime. Mostly because I got bored and stopped painting it half way. Lol. Also, because I didn't really have an idea how to paint the Rasengan Effect. Anyway, I managed to do it. it may not look too similar to the actual look but whatever...

The spiral effect kind of worked on the outside, but it died down when it gets inner. I believe it'll look better if you reduce the opacity of the lines.
