Na minha humilde opinião, ali no braço que dava pra definir melhor a sombra, algumas marquinhas nas laterais do rosto e os lábios...

wich tutorial have you used for this retouch? It looks very natural!

I have to say...the spotty skin texture bothers me. Overall it's very good unless you look too hard.
