This is what I made Zatanna's bridesmaid dress look like, Zatanna is also known to be in Superman but since there are not that many female characters in Batman and since she is a friend of Batmans I decided to make her a part of my Harley and Joker wedding.On a side note all charcters that are considered "good guys" would be tied up during the ceremony.
I can not for the life of me figure out why I thought her name was Katanna so please excuse the name =/

Yeah that makes sense, I was think it would be cool and kind of funny to have it be the Commissioner, I already found an officiant who would be willing to do it but he's a guy
