Hello everyone!
Okay, okay, okay... This is the biggest, the hardest picture I've ever made. IT TOOK LITERARY MONTHS to finish. I was working on it in the evenings after work and was struggling especially with colours and shadows, hard time. There was one thing which kept me drawing though. It is a anniversary gift for my lovely Girlfriend and I NEEDED to do this. For her. And a little bit for myself too.
Agnieszka, or how I call her, Aguś, really enjoyed Disney's Tarzan and after my previous picture from this franchise, I started doing this one. It took surprisingly long time just to do the sketch of the jungle and later the lineart and later the colours and later the shadows... Basically everything was time consuming. It's good thing I don't draw for a living, I would be starving all the time.
During the work I was listening to polish versions of Tarzan's OST. Great songs, especially Son of Man and Strangers Like Me. Beautiful tracks, fantastic performance. I know, I know, Phil Collins sings those in english version but I prefer polish.
Okay, really long description. Time to finish.
Anyway I hope you enjoy this picture as much as Aguś and me. Got to say, I am proud of it. And that doesn't happen often.
