Description

For my Uni's art group, I drew Bathyraja spinosissima laying some eggs on a hydrothermal vent! I've drawn this species before, but it was at a time when I didn't knew how to properly configure the images to avoid Deviantart compression, hence this one looks a lot more clean than the first depiction I made of this skate, but the information about the species on that post was neatly constructed, so if you haven't seen it yet go give it a read! (Just look for a white skate on this account )

Another aspect to be noted is that this was a quickie, so it's not as realistic and detailed I would like to have made it to be, but I just had no time (the time limit is already stretched!), and the square format may annoy you (did annoy me a lil bit too) but it is to allow easier posting on the group's instagram, so from now on the images for Uni will follow this format. FEAR NOT! I'll still post other artworks in the regular format, as per usual. Now I'll focus on finishing the next catfish for the Catfish Planet Challenge, and work on the two panels I'm trying to finish!
